Equanim, a committed company
With its many initiatives, Equanim is committed to the reduction of conflict in business life. Our purpose can be defined as :
“ co-constructing effective, secure forums for dialogue to prevent or settle the disputes between economic actors, including international ones, and thus contribute to the pacification and sustainability of relations with all stakeholders “.
It is expressed in the deployment of our activities through the concrete implementation of five major fields of action:
1. Promoting sustainable international trade by providing information, raising awareness and training in the amicable settlement of disputes
2. Promoting the pacification of economic and social relations between stakeholders through pro bono or low bono conflict prevention or amicable conflict resolution missions
3. Committing to the ethical and responsible use of new technologies in amicable dispute resolution processes
4. Contributing to a fairer ecological transition through mediation
5. Working towards diversity and inclusiveness in our panel of affiliated mediators and our operational teams.
